FRPPR (say it “fripper”) is the fitting room you carry with you: pose, preview the clothes on you, and try again, without going to the store.

Where the name comes from

1. FR is Fitting Room

The first two letters are the product itself. The other three are how you use it: Pose. Preview. Repeat. The name explains the product, and the tagline comes from inside the name instead of being stuck on top of it.

2. It is a clothing word

FRPPR is fripper without its vowels. A fripper is an old English word for a dealer in clothes, and the same root gave us frippery (showy, dressed-up clothing) and the French friperie (a clothes shop). The name is not a string of random letters: it is a word that has lived in the world of clothing for centuries.

What FRPPR does

For shoppers, FRPPR shows clothes on you before you buy and suggests your size in the brand you are buying from, including unfamiliar local brands. Finding your size is free. Sign in for one free virtual try-on image each day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Pro offers a higher daily image allowance.

For stores, FRPPR puts a fitting room on every product page: a “Find my size” assistant that installs in one click, speaks Arabic and English, and can select the recommended size on a supported product page. Recommendations depend on the available chart and shopper inputs. It's $25 a month per store, or $50 a month with virtual try-on (FRPPR Pro).
